Frequently Asked Questions

Answers

  • What is House Call Grooming? House Call Grooming is a MOBILE PET GROOMING SALON on wheels. Our van is customized to provide a full-service grooming experience for your pet.

  • Do you service my neighborhood? We service northern Allegheny County and Cranberry Township. Specifically: Allison Park, Bellevue, Ben Avon, Bradford Woods, Cranberry, Franklin Park, Gibsonia, Marshall Twp., McCandless, Ohio Twp., Pine, Ross, Sewickley, West View and Wexford.

  • What products do you use? We use high-end spa & all-natural grooming products such as hypo-allergenic and oatmeal shampoo. We DO NOT charge extra for these specialty products.

  • Will your equipment be clean and sterile? Absolutely! Grooming equipment is sanitized between clients. Plus the entire van is cleaned & sterilized every evening. Additionally, your pet is never exposed to other dogs or communal cages. This drastically reduces the chance for transmission of disease or parasites between pets.

  • Can I watch? You are welcome to tour the van and inspect the equipment. Most pets behave better when mom & dad are not within eyesight. If we need assistance, we will call & ask you to come out to the van.

  • Do I have to be home? The pet owner needs to be home & available for questions during the initial groom. After the first appointment, it is not necessary for the owner to be present. Just let us know ahead of time, so we can make arrangements for access to your home/pet.
